SHIPPING
We offer free standard domestic shipping on all purchases over $300. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. During sale and peak periods processing times may be delayed slightly.
AUSTRALIA
Australia: we offer parcel post for $10.00 AUD and Express Post for $15.00 AUD
DELIVERY
Standard Shipping
Receive your order in 2-7 days after dispatch. (excluding weekends & public holidays)
Express Post
Receive your order in 2-4 days after dispatch. (excluding weekends & public holidays)
Delivery Address
Zerafima is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels. Zerafima recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment.
Safe drop
Orders will be left in a safe place if there is no one at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. If the delivery cannot be left in safe place, a calling card will be left in your mailbox advising of the Australia Post location where you can collect your delivery. Delivery via Australia Post is only on business days and not on weekends or public holidays.

To track your orders please login to your account or check your shipping email and visit the tracking link made available to you. If you do not receive your tracking details please contact us directly.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
ZERAFIMA ships internationally to selected countries.
New Zealand orders: we charge a flat rate of $20 AUD
International Shipments: we charge a flat rate of $30 AUD with Free Shipping over $300
International orders are dispatched using Australia Post International. We aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 business days after purchase.
Duties & Taxes
Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are NOT included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service prior to purchasing. No reimbursement will be made on international duties and handling charges.

RETURNS
Full priced items can be returned within 14 days from the day you receive your parcel. Full price items can be returned for a full refund or credit (valid 1 year) . Postage is not refundable. First purchases can be returned for full refund or credit, including any first purchase discounts.
Sale and promotional items can be returned for an credit (valid one year). Sale / Non-returnable products are not accepted unless faulty or under conditions set by the Australian Consumer Law.

Items (s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all labels/tags attached and returned within 14 days of receiving your product. For health reasons, we do not accept returns on the purchase of earrings or swimwear.
Faulty
If you’ve received a faulty or damaged item please contact our customer service at info@zerafima.com.au for return instructions.
Exchange
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your item is not available at the time of processing you will receive a refund or online credit, dependent on whether the returned item was full price or sale.
Value of an item is determined by the amount paid and listed on your invoice. If you are exchanging for a completely different item, the value of the new item is determined by the online listed price at the time of the exchange.
You will need to pay the additional shipping charges exchanging your item. Any customs or duties payed on your order will not be credited .
Zerafima is not liable for the loss of the item being returned and any returns must be sent back via a parcel with a traceable service.
